Rules onboard
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their bookings by emailing grete@lustrabaatane.no.
Lustrabaatane AS only accepts cancellations and changes made by the guest. Lustrabaatane AS is obliged to send a written confirmation of the cancellation/change. If the cancellation occurs 48 hours or more before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled/changed less than 48 hours before arrival, no refund will be given. Changes are not allowed less than 48 hours before departure.
Safety rules
We value safety to a high degree. Our crew and customers are to follow the safety rules during the boarding, the trip and the disembarking:
Wait for the boat nearby the shield with the Lustrabaatane logo. Do NOT wait for the incoming ship on the edge of the pier.
Let people disembark first.
The rules of queueing (standing in line):
Be patient
Keep children under control
Maintain your space
Respect the personal space of others
Wait your turn
Queue early
Offer your place in line to someone who needs it more
Be alert
Have your ticket or voucher ready for boarding, all included on the ticket/voucher must be all present before being permitted to board
NOTE: Boarding of the group is ONLY in a presence of the tour leader. Missing people from tourist groups will have to board AFTER other passengers complete their boarding.
Please do not occupy and do not stay close to ship/ pier bollards.
It is PROHIBITED to embark or disembark without verbal permission (signal) from the crew.Wait for the crew to complete mooring and set a gangway.
During the trip it is PROHIBITED to climb the life-rafts, rails and hand grips and stand on the seats. Please, VALUE your LIFE more than a potential good photo.
Seagull feeding is PROHIBITED. Feeding seagulls leads to their diseases and extinction. You can be bite by the seagull and get injured .
It is PROHIBITED to smoke on board during the trip.
It is PROHIBITED to bring own alcohol drinks and food on board.
NOTE FOR THE TOUR GUIDES/ LEADERS:
Please, remember that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for your tourists. Before boarding make sure that everyone from your group is gathered and ready for boarding. During the boarding it is your responsibility to count your people and make sure that everyone is onboard. We DO NOT make a friendly priority and we DO NOT prioritise groups by countries of the origin.
